Bathrooms have come a long way over the years. In the past, a house only had a single, utilitarian bathroom designed for very basic function. Today, homes have multiple bathrooms with features and uses unheard of until recently. Double sinks, stand alone showers, fashion toilets, and whirlpool tubs have replaced the old tub, toilet, sink standards. Bathrooms have also become an outlet for owners to express their sense of style and personality.

The most popular method of selecting fixtures is to choose a “suite” that you like. A suite coordinates the style and color of all the fixtures for a uniform look. The handles of the sink, tub, and toiler will all be similar in shape and color. The base of the pedestal sink could match the base of the toilet. This gives the bathroom a sense of style, thoughtfulness, and organization.
