Here is What We Are Going to Do

Water Heater

• Flush out water heater and refill (once per year). Drain must be near by. OPTIONAL
• Inspect and test water relief valve.
• Inspect and test emergency water shutoff valve.
• Inspect and test burner assembly.
• Inspect and test pilot assembly.
• Inspect and test flue piping.
• Inspect and test draft diverter.
• Inspect and test for proper combustion.
• Test gas supply for leaks (at water heater).
• Test for proper combustion air intake and supply.
• Record temperature settings.
• Inspect, test, and tighten connections.
• Set water temperature to 120 degrees F., to help prevent scalding.

Lavatory

• Inspect and test faucets for corrosion.
• Inspect and test faucets for leaks.
• Inspect and test seals.
• Inspect, test, and clean aerators.
• Inspect and test all visible drains.
• Inspect and test emergency water shutoff valves.
• Clean aerators.
• Lubricate stems, cartridges, and seals.

Toilets

• Inspect and test tank for leaks and corrosion.
• Perform dye test for tank leakage.
• Inspect and test emergency water shutoff valves.

Kitchen Sink

• Inspect and test faucets for corrosion.
• Inspect and test faucets for leaks.
• Inspect and test seals.
• Inspect, test, and clean aerators.
• Inspect and test all visible drains.
• Inspect and test emergency water shutoff valves.
• Inspect disposal for leaks and corrosion.
• Clean aerators.
• Lubricate stems, cartridges, and seals.

Whole House Inspection

• Inspect complete plumbing systems for general problems, design flaws, etc.
• Inspect water supply system for leaks.
• Inspect water supply system for corrosion and excessive wear.
• Inspect water drain system for leaks.
• Inspect water supply system for corrosion and excessive wear.
• Inspect gas supply system for leaks or corrosion.
• Inspect and test outdoor water.
• Clean aerators. 

Optional Drain Service

• Water jet clean sink drains
• Water jet clean lavatory drains
• Roto-clean or hydro jet main drain
• Treat main drain with commercial grade drain prevention.
• Treat main drain with “Bio-Clean” drain prevention.
